IN-HOUSE TRAINING OPTIONS – ESAFC PLUS+

ESAFC PLUS+ is a New Zealand Football accredited programme new to the club, designed and coached by Women’s Director of Football and Community Officer Stephen Hoyle. Working with a number of our up and coming qualified coaches, the programme is available to all players in grades 4-8.

ESAFC PLUS+ is aimed at accelerating a players development to unlock higher potential, as they advance towards Junior and Youth Football at Eastern Suburbs AFC.

The programme offers high energy, fun, creative, and age-appropriate physical activity through football. It will focus on the ESAFC values and football philosophy which stems from our Men’s and Women’s first teams through to all Junior and Youth members. Each player will get lots of touches on the ball as they practice the essential skills of football in a station rotation format.

All sessions provide a fun, playful, safe environment which encourages children to develop a positive sense of themselves, respect for others, a positive disposition to learn new skills, whilst promoting a healthy and active lifestyle as they begin to fall in love with the beautiful game.
