TRAINING OPTIONS – JUNIOR LILYWHITES

Junior Lilywhites is a programme new to the club designed by NZ Football accredited coach and men’s first team player Tyler Lissette. The programme is aimed at accelerating a player’s development as they advance towards Junior and Youth Football at Eastern Suburbs AFC.

Junior Lilywhites offers high energy, fun, creative, and age-appropriate physical activity through football. It will focus on the ESAFC values and football philosophy which stems from our Men’s and Women’s football pyramid. Each session will focus on getting touches on the ball as they practice the basics of football.

Sessions will provide a fun, playful, safe environment which encourages children to develop a positive sense of themselves, respect for others, a love for learning new skills, and a healthy and active lifestyle as they begin to fall in love with the beautiful game.
