NexGen Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
1. 1 All those wishing to attend an Eastern Suburbs AFC NexGen coaching session must agree to the terms and conditions set out below. The terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completing the booking via the NexGen booking system.
1. 2 The customer agrees to keep the content of any Eastern Suburbs AFC NexGen session confidential and not to copy or use any aspect of an Eastern Suburbs AFC NexGen session directly or indirectly.
- 2. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
1 All bookings are completed through the NexGen online booking system
2.2 All personal information required in the online booking form must be completed before attending a NexGen session.
2.3 All coach schedules are correct at the time of publishing. If your session time or location changes, your selected coach will contact you directly.
- Payment
3.1 Fees for an Eastern Suburbs AFC NexGen session must be paid in full prior to your child(ren) attending a session.
3.2 Failure to make payment for a session within the given timeframe will result in your session being cancelled.
3.3 If a session fee changes, the customer will be notified of the revised payment schedule by Eastern Suburbs AFC.
- Postponements and Cancellation
4.1 If a session is cancelled by Eastern Suburbs AFC and cannot be delivered, the attendees of this particular session will be credited or refunded for the affected sessions.
4.2 In the unlikely event of a last-minute session change or cancellation by Eastern Suburbs AFC, a representative of the club will notify you via email or phone with as much notice as possible.
4.3 No credits or refunds will be issued for missed sessions
4.4 If a session is unable to be delivered due to bad weather or ground closures, a postponed session will be organized and communicated to parents/caregivers of the affected session. If a postponed session is unable to be delivered, a credit or refund will be applied to the affected person’s account.
- Attendance
5.1 If your child is unable to attend a session, the customer is required to inform the coach via email or phone, no later than 24 hours before the start of the session.
- Cancellation by a Parent/Caregiver
6.1 Fees are non-refundable due to lack of attendance or lateness to a session.
6.2 If, for any reason, your child attends their first session and decides that they would not like to continue, a credit will be provided for the remaining sessions.
- Parents/Caregivers Responsibilities.
7.1 The parent/caregiver agrees that the information provided in the booking form is correct and any changes made will be communicated in writing to Eastern Suburbs AFC immediately.
7.2 It is the parent/caregiver’s responsibility to inform the coach of any condition that could affect their child’s capabilities during a session. The parent/caregiver must agree to inform Eastern Suburbs AFC of any changes as soon as they become aware of them. This can be updated by contacting the programme coordinator or coach. All information provided to us will be treated strictly confidential.
7.3 The parent/caregiver is expected to always behave in a civilized and respectful manner towards coaches, staff members, other customers and any members of the public who are on the premises. If Eastern Suburbs AFC determines that the behavior of a player and/or parent/caregiver to be unacceptable, Eastern Suburbs AFC is entitled to exclude the player and the parent/caregiver from the session and premises permanently or for such period as Eastern Suburbs AFC determines as sufficient.
7.4 The standard of behavior which is to be regarded as unacceptable at a programme or premises shall be determined by Eastern Suburbs AFC.
7.5 Any siblings or friends of registered players are the responsibility of the parent/caregiver at all times and must not be left with the coach.
7.6 The parent/caregiver accepts that at times there will be physical contact between the coach and their child, which will always be carried out in a professional manner.
7.7 The parent/caregiver is responsible for their child(ren) before, and at the conclusion of a session.
7.8 Parents/caregivers are not entitled to photograph or video any part of an Eastern Suburbs AFC NexGen session.
- Website & Social Media Information
8.1 Eastern Suburbs AFC is authorized to use any photo or video content obtained during a session for promotional purposes unless the customer has not granted permission via the online booking form.
